As President and CEO of Ivanhoé Cambridge, Nathalie Palladitcheff is responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of the company's overall strategy and for ensuring the alignment of all of the activities of investment and functional.

Ms. Palladitcheff began her career at Coopers & Lybrand Audit from 1991 to 1997, and then joined Banque Française commerciale Océan Indien in 1997. She then became Deputy Managing Director of Société Foncière Lyonnaise de Paris.

In 2006-2007, she served as Managing Director of Dolmea Real Estate, a residential player in the Ile de France region. Ms. Palladitcheff joined Icade in 2007, as a member of the executive committee, in charge of finance, legal and IT; then in 2010, she became responsible for the real estate services division. In February 2015, she was entrusted with the post of Interim Managing Director of Icade.

She joined the Ivanhoé Cambridge team in April 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer then President in 2018 and appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2019.
