Notre programmation
MORNING!
We'll kick off the day with a stimulating conversation between Habi Gerba, JCCM President and Spokesperson, and a mystery guest personality! Stay tuned to find out who she is!
At this conference, our guest experts will discuss their experience with talent, leadership and organizational dynamics in the technology industry. They will also discuss new trends in artificial intelligence, including the popular ChatGPT intelligent conversation partner, and how these new tools are changing the way we work.
Our guest speakers include Valérie Pisano, President and CEO of Mila, a Quebec-based artificial intelligence institute.
Facilitated by the public relations agency TACT, this hands-on workshop will allow the next generation to take stock of the most pressing needs and issues in terms of diversity, equity and inclusion in the business community.
Diversity in recruitment and selection processes, inclusive management practices, mentoring and representation will be explored during this activity.
This activity is made possible thanks to funding from the Fonds d'initiative et de rayonnement de la métropole (FIRM) and Services Québec.
Would you like to learn more about the causes and consequences of climate change?
This practical workshop will help you better understand how the climate system works, the causes of its disruption and its consequences on our daily lives, all in a fun and collaborative context!
Join us for this panel that will expose the myths surrounding caring leadership!
Experts in the field, including Marie-Chantale Côté, Senior Vice-President, Group Benefits at Sun Life, will share their experience and expertise in effective and ethical leadership and explain how certain types of practices can have a positive impact on employees, their effectiveness and their well-being at work.
AFTERNOON
Steve Jobs, Michael Jordan, Greta Thunberg, Bill Gate, Kamala Harris... the leaders of our time are all generally defined by their charisma, their eloquence and their ease in public.
Most of the time, the collective image of a great leader is that of an extroverted and expressive personality. However, introverts also demonstrate qualities that allow them to impose themselves. In this panel, Éric Lachance, CEO of Énergir and an assertive introvert, and Stéphanie Trudeau, Executive Vice President, his extroverted colleague, will explore these two different types of leadership.
Redefining success in the business world is the ambition of impact entrepreneurs!
Although Montreal has a strong ecosystem supporting impact entrepreneurship, little space is given to young intrapreneurs working in large companies. This panel, presented in collaboration with Fondaction, will address the different ways to transform one's company from the inside to make it more inclusive, more equitable, greener and more successful.
Our panelists, from a variety of backgrounds, will present their backgrounds and share their views on the challenges of integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into investment strategies and ways to use ESG while taking social and environmental concerns into account.
If the topic of diversity and inclusion is still in the spotlight, it's because there's still a long way to go. And who better to address the issue than those at the heart of it?
In this panel, we will welcome industry experts who will share their experiences and expertise on the importance of diversifying management positions and its positive impact on organizations. Discrimination, inequality, stimagmatization and unconscious bias will be discussed in a relaxed and uninhibited setting.
Our guests will share life experiences that will lead us to ask ourselves: how can our organizations transform themselves to be more inclusive?
Presenting your entrepreneurial project in 90 seconds may seem like a big challenge, but it is often the daily routine for many entrepreneurs. This year, GRRAM is back with a bang with its dynamic Pitch Competition! Be inspired by the innovative projects and by the ease with which these entrepreneurs manage to convince us that they have THE best idea.
The objective of this contest is simple: to showcase young entrepreneurs who innovate in sectors of excellence and help them develop their project with the help of various invited business personalities. The twelve finalists (3 per category) will have the chance to sell their project to the public. The 4 winners will win several prizes, including scholarships, coaching and more.
Competition categories:
- Sustainable Economic Development and Impact;
- Diversity, equity, inclusion;
- Talent Attraction, Training and Retention;
- Mental Health and Wellness in the Workplace.
Join Habi Gerba, President and Spokesperson of the JCCM, and Mr. Pierre Fitzgibbon, Minister of Economy, Innovation and Energy, for an intimate discussion to learn more about their respective backgrounds. This interview will be followed by a networking cocktail.
We invites you to the GRRAM networking cocktail! Members, non-members, partners and volunteers are welcome to enjoy a friendly moment and conclude this event in style! In addition to the presentation of the pitch competition prizes, this will be an opportunity to exchange ideas over a drink and a few bites!
