Annual General Meeting of the JCCM members
Each year, the JCCM holds its annual general meeting (AGM) in the fall. At this meeting, to which all members of the organization are invited, the Board of Directors reports on the previous year and the year to come.
All members who attend the AGM are called upon to make certain decisions, including voting on the resolutions submitted and ratifying the appointment of new directors. They may also ask questions on any relevant subject related to the activities of the JCCM.
The agenda and documentation will be sent to members beforehand, as well as the login information for this virtual AGM.
In short, participating in the AGM is an opportunity to learn more about the organization, but also a concrete gesture to contribute to the functioning and success of the JCCM!
Schedule
- 5:15 pm: Opening of the virtual room
- 5:30 PM: AGM begins
- 6:30 pm: End of the AGM
