My Relief at Work Training - Mental Health Support Program
Presented by Relief, in collaboration with the JCCM, the "My Relief at Work" training focuses on identifying and detecting mental health issues, communication and support. This training provides the tools to continue to take care of yourself while dealing with the complex responsibilities of professional and entrepreneurial life.
The objectives

- To know mental illness, its prejudices, stigmas and their consequences;
- Evaluate the warning signs and symptoms of a mental health problem; the relevance of actions to be taken
- Choosing one's intervention style and the appropriate way to implement a healthy and taboo-free work environment;
- Act to better approach employees in an empathetic and caring manner; to accept one's strengths and limitations and to take care of oneself and support others.

Information and fees
The training will last 5 hours including a one hour lunch break (9:30 am - 2:30 pm)
Number of participants limited to 15 people
- Member rate: $25+tx
- Non-member rate: 225$+tx
