Génération d'impact
Designed for young intrapreneurs in the Montreal corporate world, the Generation of Impact program is a space for exchange and discussion on ideas, best practices and actions to increase the positive social and environmental impact of organizations.

The concept
In collaboration with a number of prominent figures from the world of business, the environment and social inclusion, Generation Impact brings together emerging leaders who are training to incorporate positive impact into the practices of the organizations that employ them.
For participants, the Generation Impact cohort is a unique opportunity to develop their impact leadership skills and to network with other JCCM members, as well as the many guest speakers.
Who is the program for?
The program is designed for young people between the ages of 25 and 40 who are engaged in their workplaces. They may be employees (at least 5 years experience), professionals, middle managers or supervisors.
