JCCM Mentoring Program
Each year, the JCCM allows its members, according to their expectations, to be matched with a seasoned Montreal executive for a most enriching mentoring experience. For 2023, thirty of our members have applied to be mentored. That is why the JCCM is currently looking for mentors for our program.
- An online matchmaking evening on February 22, 2023 - This evening will allow mentors and mentees to meet 3 to 5 people based on their interests. Based on your interests, the platform will allow you to meet 3 to 5 different people to create the perfect match.
- A launch event in March 2023 - This evening will be the first face-to-face mentor-mentee meeting in a networking format at the offices of our partner Brio Conseils.
- Following these two events, we require a minimum of two meetings between the mentor and mentee (according to a schedule agreed upon between them) between March and July 2023.

The mentoring relationship is a very rewarding experience for both the mentor and the mentee, both professionally and personally.
