Christine Sauvageau

Originally, I am a sports coach and kinesiologist. Also holding an MBA, I have been working as a manager in the financial sector for more than twelve years. Involved both inside and outside my organization, I am interested in leadership skills development, wellness and work/life balance.

As a certified professional coach, I sometimes compare my role as a coach to that of a Sherpa! Present throughout the ascension (or transformation process), the "spotlight" remains on the client. Success, but above all discovery, the path taken and the challenges overcome are what inspires me as a coach.

In my spare time, you are more likely to find me in the water, in a pool in Quebec or exploring the ocean floor around the world!
