Provincial Elections 2022: Toolkit
On October 3, 2022, the next Quebec provincial elections will be held. The JCCM wanted to offer all the necessary tools to the next generation of business people so that they can better orient themselves through these elections, in accordance with the issues that affect them.
Demystifying provincial politics
To help you understand how the world of provincial politics works in Québec, several resources are available to you.Elections Québec, among others, allows you to better understand the importance of voting, the conditions of eligibility to vote and the functioning of the electoral system and the voting system. Several other resources are available to help you understand the positions of the parties on issues that concern the next generation of businesspeople.
How to vote?
To vote, you must first be registered on the electoral list at your home address. It is therefore essential to verify your information before Election Day. It is possible to verify your registration on the list of electors, to register or tomake a change of address on the Élections Québec website.
Finally, to vote in an election, certain conditions must be met. All the conditions necessary to vote are also listed on the Élections Québec website.
Where and when to vote?
Did you know that? You can vote on election day, that is, on October 3, but also at advance polls, on September 25 and 26, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
