The JCCM Board of Directors (BOD) is seeking candidates to fill several director positions for a term ending September 30, 2024.
Among the positions to be filled, the Board is looking for a diversity of profiles, particularly in entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, public relations and risk management. The Board is also looking for members of the Ordre des CPA, the Barreau du Québec and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. Finally, knowledge of environmental, social and governance (ESG) best practices is an asset.
Directors will be elected for a 2-year term, from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024.

The Board of Directors manages and administers the property and affairs of the JCCM. It ensures the development and sound management of the JCCM, in the interest of its members. It is composed of 10 members: the chairman of the board and nine directors, including the past president.
With the exception of the Chairman, the directors are elected for a two-year term. Normally, four directors are elected each year. Any member in good standing of the JCCM may apply for election during the annual board recruitment period. A nominating committee, composed of board members and JCCM members, evaluates and selects candidates, based on, among other things, the desired representation on the board.
